Hair Show

                                                I am trying to get caught up.

I went to this awesome hair show the weekend of Oct 3-4

Oh my gosh it was a hair stylist dream.

I tried to keep the pictures to just of few of my favorites.

I also tried to get the ones that people would love to see

When ever you get a big group of hair stylist together, there has to be some really CRAZY hair.

I loved it.

I learned some really cool techniques. Like tye-dye/spray paint, how cool does that sound for your hair? I mean really its a temporary hair color, and its tye-dye/spray paint for your hair. I wish I had blonde hair for that one, (it only works on blonde's)

So here are some of the highlights of my time, (no pun intended)

 Ok so this class I went to was so cool. The girls sitting down are models, the woman leaning over is the one doing the class. So she walks in takes a RAZOR and starts chopping at the middle girls hair. Then goes to the girl on the left and takes the CLIPPERS to her hair, at this time all of our mouths are wide open in shock, hair is flying every where. Then she goes to the girl on the right and takes SCISSORS to her hair and just goes crazy. They all turned out great. What a cool class.

 These guys are the ones that invented these really cool razors, I use a lot, (kinda celebrity's in the hair world)

So I got some pink extensions,

Dylann loves them too, she keeps asking for pink in her hair, and keeps pulling mine to try and get them to go into her hair.

Little convo with Dylann

We just got this awesome tent form my mother and father-in-law.

Dylann wants to sleep in it now, nap isn't for another 2 hours

She is having so much fun 'sleeping' and playing princess castle.

She just came up to me,

asking me to take off her shirt, (she doesnt' know how to take it off)

I told her no she needs to keep her clothes on

So of course after over a year of trying to teach her how to take her shirt off

she does it in like 2.5 seconds after I told her not to take it off

she is so proud of herself

(did you know that if your belly button shows that means your naked, yea its true, so right now she is yelling

"I naked, I naked" and then giggling)

So then she goes back into her tent

She comes back with what I thought was her shirt, telling me to hold this,

I look up and this time she is really naked,

I tell her to put her clothes back on and she laughs and goes back to what she is doing

I am just watching her and she is talking to herself.

this is what she is saying,

"Oh no I have to get ready,

I have to take a shower"

She goes over to the window and goes behind the curtain

"I take a shower, la la la

I need my towel"

her freshly washed blanket, that is nice and warm from the dryer

"ahh that's better, back to work"

wraps the blanket around her

"I a princess

good night mommy"

She cracks me up, I love that girl. She is always saying and doing the funniest things

Side note: oh yea Bruce is up on all fours, trying to crawl, he is all over the living room, into everything,

his favorite place to be is either under the 'hot coca' table or over at the shoes.

cupcakes & my crazy kids

I have really been into making fun cupcakes. I love trying to make new ones. I just got a book from the library called 'Whats new Cupcake' have you herd of it? Well if you have then you know that they have some really awesome cupcakes in them. I love this book. So I decided to make some for fun. They turned out pretty good I think.

Our friends came over while I was making them so I had to make one for them too.

I made one for Dylann too, can you see the one in the yellow, she has a little tutu on, and then my sister with the prego belly, in green, a shark fin, beach ball, and Bruce is in the back, with a yellow Binky in his mouth.

This is Danny up close, don't you just love the chest hair?

I had my bag out, and Dylann loves to go through them to get my lip gloss.

I was in the kitchen doing dishes and she thought that this would be the most perfect time to get into my bag

She has it under both eyes, and some on her lashes, and all above her top lip

with just a little on her lips.

I told her she can't put lipstick on her eyes, it only goes on her lips,

She looks at me and says "mommy no lipstick on your eyes, I spank your bum"

(one of the days I did my make up)(I didn't spank her for this)

I had to explain to her that I had on eye make up not lip stick.

Bruce sleeping, he is so sweet.

He gets up on his knees all the time.

He can scoot backwards

He has 2 teeth

He hardly takes 2 naps

and oh yea I just realized he turned 7 months last week.

fun craft

My friends and I have a craft group, its so much.

We get together once a month, and rotate houses,

it cost $10.

So cheap and you get some really cute craft.

This month was my month.

I got the idea from my sister, she has her own craft group.

These are made out of blocks of wood,

this is what my grandpa helped me cut.

The picture doesn't to it justice.

They were so much fun to make, and super easy.

The thing I love about it is, I get to keep them up for a couple of months.

A whole lot of Fun

We have been so busy lately, I haven't written in a long time. Bruce is so in love with his frog he has, he sleeps with it every night. We find him like this almost every night. He is so funny We went up to Michigan for Labor Day, my favorite place. Well my grandparents live there, my grandpa is Bruce, the person we named our little man after.
We have this thing, every child in the family has to go through it. Its like some kinda right of passage thing. So here is one year of my little kids in the same bath tube that I took many baths in, (their are like 50 pictures of me and my cousins in this tube, and also in the out side shower, getting all the sand off, sorry kids I will be taking funny pics of you too)

My grandpa has been wanting to have Bruce join him in his wood working shop, so of course we had to get some work done, (picture of what he cut coming later)

5 years down, eternity to go...

WOW! It has been 5 years since Meryn and I got hitched lol. It has been the best 5 years of my life. Babe I just want to tell you thank you, thank you for choosing me, thank you for letting me be your husband, thank you for spending the first 5 years with me and thank you in advanced for spending all eternity with me. You have made me such a better person in life, you have brought me back to the church and you have given me 2 beautiful children. I love you with all my heart, mind, body , soul, etc., you name i love you with it. I can't wait to spend every waking second with you and every breath. You are so dead sexy, oh ya! Love you forever and ever babe!!!!!!!!!!!
