Day 20, Hair Bow

Hair Bow,
What really? Yea really, this is my real hair. I didn't add anything to it but bobby pins and a rubber band.
Thought I would pull out the big guns today!! What do you think?
You can also do it half up if your hair isn't very long. So fun!!

Day 19, Waterfall Braid

Waterfall Braid
This braid is so hot right now, and it is pretty easy to do. It just takes a lot of practice to do it on yourself.
My hair is so dark it is kind of hard to really see what it is supposed to look like, but its still fun to do.
So I only got one braid pic, form my good friend Rachel. She is so cute and she has a super awesome craft  blog too. She sent me this picture last night. It was a perfect one for my day today. You can see the waterfall better on her b/c she has highlighted hair. Thanks Rachel, e-mail me the colors you want and I will make that flower for you!!

Day 18, French twist

French twist
The French twist really is an easy style. It took me about 2 mins to do this.
I start out with twisting my hair in a low pony tail. Then I pull it up, keep twisting and twist it under on one side. Then I put a million bobby pins in to keep it in place. Simple and easy.
I thought I would show you some of the product that I use on a daily basis. It is so important to use products to keep your hair healthy and shinny.

This is one of my new favorites! I use this on wet hair, I really spray it good on my ends. Since I have really long hair, my ends are a little damaged. This helps to put protein back into my ends to help close the split ends.

Moroccan oil one of the best new products out there. I put this in my hair wet. I put about a quarter size in my hand and rub it all over my hair. When I use it I can really feel a difference in the way my hair feels. It adds a lot of shine, it also protects for every day ware and tare.

This is a product I use every single day with out fail. I have super thick hair and it is really frizzy. This helps to calm my hair down! I use about 2 pumps when my hair is wet, rub it through the whole thing and then later at night before I go out or something (you know when you have all those fly aways), I use about a half of a pump and start at the bottom to the top rubbing it through, to help lay down the fly aways. It also helps to make your hair feel a little bit thinner.

Every time I straighten my hair or curl my hair I use this. This is like sun screen for your hair. Just like a red head wouldn't go out in the sun without sunscreen on, you shouldn't flat iron your hair with out this. It helps to protect your hair from all that heat, it also helps so you don't burn you hair. I personally think that it helps to straighten your hair faster.

My dry shampoo, I know that I have talked about it before, this is what I use. I have really greasy hair, so I would usually have to wash my hair every day (which isn't really good for you hair). So I started using this for the second day, it helps my hair so I don't have to wash my hair for 3 days. That is awesome! I spray it on my roots, my hair line on the sides, and every where I feel it is a little greasy. Then I flip my hair upside down and shake, I shake the crap out of it, to get all the white off (it turns white on your hair). My all time favorite product hands down.

A really good hair spray. I love it! It's very clean and it doesn't leave your hair looking super hard or the wet look.

I hope that these products help you! I think everyone should use good products. It is also super important that you DO NOT buy products form the grocery store! The only place you should buy your hair products  from are salons and from your stylists. If you have any questions let me know!
p.s. yes I use all of these products at once. I only use the hair spray when I do some kind of up do.

Day 16, Sunday style

Sunday Style
Like I have said before we have church at 9 am. We have to get up at 730 to get ready and get the kids ready. The way I can sleep in just a little bit longer is by doing something really fast.
Even though its fast it still looks good enough to wear to church. Added with a little hair flair!
Great style for cuddling little ones, they wont pull your hair.
I will make a little tutorial soon for this one.

Day 15, Braids and a bun

Braids and a bun
I know sad, I couldn't come up with a name for this one. Anyways, I needed something that would keep my hair out of my face b/c I worked a 12 hour day today at the salon. This was so great I didn't have to worry about my hair all day.
Right side
Left side, ignore the stink face
Back, I just brought the braids together and put it in a messy bun.
It was really nice to have out of my face and off my neck,

Day 14, Massive Hair

Massive Hair
I know I told you on like day 2 that I don't like massive hair. I think it looks good on some people but me not so much. For some reason I thought lets do something crazy today!! Well this is end result
I put all my 10 million pounds of hair in sponge curlers last night. I know crazy. It took me about an hour and a half to get all that hair up. I didn't take a pic of what it looked like b/c Dylann kept saying I need to take them out that I looked silly and Bruce wouldn't cuddle me with my hair like that. Dylann also has been telling me all day that she hates my hair and that I need to change it. I don't think she can handle all of this.
Here is what it looked like when I took the rollers out and pieced out the curls
 taken with my phone
Yea I know crazy, So I added a little braid on top to kinda keep the top down a little bit. Hear is the back

What do you think of all the colors? I thought why not. Don't worry mom they are just extensions.
Don't forget to send me your braids. By tomorrow night. You could win something
